La sénatrice étudiante Natalie Payette présente une motion au sénat leur demandant de retirer le code. La motion se fait suspendre et le président de l’université, Gilles Patry, suggère la création d’un groupe de travail qui aurait une égalité entre les étudiants et l’administration.
The student senator, Natalie Payette presented a motion to the senate asking them to remove the code immediately and permanently. The motion was suspended and the president of the universtiy suggested to created a working group that would have an equality of members between students and the administration

La coalition qui oppose le code organise une manifestion sur la pelouse de tabaret vendredi le 25 avril à 13h pour présenter ses demandes à l’université et aux médias, ainsi que démontrer l’opposition étudiante en présentant la pétition et en regroupant les étudiants tout en continuant d’informer ceux qui ne sont pas complètement familier avec la question.

The coalition that opposes the code is organizing a demonstration on tabaret lawn this Friday, April 25th at 1 pm to present it’s demands regarding to the code to the University and the media, as well as show the strong student opposition to the code while continuing to inform those who need more details and background.

L’université envoit un courriel à tout ses professeurs à la suite d’un courriel de la part de la coalition contre le code de conduite envoyé aux professeurs dans le but d’obtenir leur support.
The university sends an email to all of their professors after the coalition against the code of conduct had sent an email to all professors asking for their support.
